Voucher terms

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Monetary vouchers can be spent across any number of visits; any remaining balance stays on the voucher.

Experience vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost voucher codes can be re-sent to the original recipient email at any time.
